Remhevels bevinden zich op het stuur bij de remhouders. De remhevel kan vervangen worden door een origineel exemplaar, welke vaak zwart of zilver (aluminium kleur) zijn. Er zijn ook remhevels in een ander design leverbaar enkele zijn CNC gefreesd. Uiteraard in verschillende kleuren zoals chrome, titanium, blauw geanodiseerd en aluminium. Een ander woord voor remhevel is remgreep. De remhevel ook wel remgreep genoemd is bevestigd aan de rempomp of bij trommelrem systemen aan de houder. Remhevels kunnen worden vervangen door chroom, carbon of geanodiseerde exemplaren.
